Commonwealth Woods Treasure Trails

Treasure Trails are the latest free activity from the Commonwealth

About the Treasure Trails
Treasure hunt themed walks are now available at Todds Well woods in Easterhouse, Boden Boo* in Erskine and Rannoch Woods at Johnstone Woods.

These self guided walks take about an hour to complete and are a fun way for families and friends to explore the woods.

All you need to do is download our free Commonwealth Woods treasure trails maps by clicking the names of the woods above and follow the clues to find out who won a medal at the wood.

You don't need any special equipment, just a pen and your skills of observation.

Our treasure trails competition is now closed. Congratulations to our winners:

Todds Well – Mhairi MacDonald

Boden Boo - Erin O’Neill

Rannoch - Gemma Elder

Even though the competition is over, the Commonwealth Woods are all about the Games legacy, and we will maintain the trails and the make sure the maps are still available so that everyone can continue to give them a go.

*Due to upgrades taking place at Boden Boo affecting the route, we're giving you the first answer to that trail: William Brown, No. 12, Australia.
