Welcome to the Commonwealth Woods, a legacy of the 2014 Commonwealth Games for generations of people to enjoy.

There are 14 Commonwealth Woods in and around Glasgow.

Have a look at the map to find the one nearest you.

Get Involved: there are loads of free events and activities to enjoy, from tree planting, storytelling and guided walks to medal routes, face painting, and teddy bears’ picnics.

Get Active: get fit, have fun and enjoy the fresh air.

Be Inspired: climbing trees, building dens, taking photographs, making art - there is no end of activities that will keep your kids amused and they’re all free. If the weather is fine, take a picnic and make a day of it.
